IACSITEC is a technology company providing conversational automation, WhatsApp Business API and Facebook Messenger integrations, bot development, CRM connectivity, and digital marketing for businesses across Mexico and internationally.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any IACSITEC service, platform, API, or application (the "Services"), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If representing a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, stop using the Services immediately.

Description of Services

Meta Tech Provider

IACSITEC operates as a registered Tech Provider under Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, authorized to manage WABAs and Messenger integrations on behalf of business clients. Our services include:

  • WhatsApp Business API channel management and bot automation
  • Facebook Messenger bot integration connected to official business pages
  • Conversational flow design and automation (powered by enterprise-grade open-source infrastructure)
  • CRM and business system integration (SALE-U, NSHoteles, and others)
  • Digital marketing campaign management via Meta Ads
  • SMS messaging services via certified providers (Infobip shortcode 444000)
  • Professional onboarding, training, and technical support
  • API access for messaging automation ("IACSITEC Bridge")

Meta Platform Terms — WhatsApp & Messenger

When using WhatsApp or Messenger services through IACSITEC, you additionally agree to: WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta Advertising Standards, and Meta Platform Terms.

Meta may independently suspend or terminate access to WhatsApp or Messenger if you violate their policies. IACSITEC is not liable for actions taken by Meta on your Business Account.

Embedded Signup & Access Management

As a Tech Provider, IACSITEC uses Meta's Embedded Signup to connect client WABAs and Facebook Pages securely. Clients grant permissions through the official Embedded Signup flow. IACSITEC does not store client credentials; access is managed via System User tokens issued directly by Meta.

Prohibited Content

  • Unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or messages to contacts without opt-in consent
  • Content violating Meta's, WhatsApp's, or Messenger's policies
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • Content prohibited by applicable law

Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate business information and documents for account verification
  • Obtain all necessary consents from end-users before sending them messages
  • Maintain confidentiality of API keys, tokens, and credentials provided by IACSITEC
  • Comply with applicable law including LFPDPPP (Mexico) and GDPR where applicable
  • Not resell or sublicense IACSITEC's services without prior written authorization
  • Pay all fees according to the agreed service proposal or contract
  • Keep Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp, and Messenger accounts in good standing

Cancellation: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Minimum contract term: 3 months from service start date. Non-payment within 5 business days of due date may result in service suspension. All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) plus applicable taxes (IVA).

IACSITEC does not markup Meta's conversation fees unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. The client pays Meta directly through their own Meta Business Manager for all WhatsApp and Messenger conversation usage.

Intellectual Property

All software, configurations, integrations, conversational flows, and methodologies developed by IACSITEC remain the exclusive property of IACSITEC, unless explicitly transferred in writing as part of a signed service agreement.

Content created specifically for a client — including bot copy, message templates, and campaign graphics — is licensed to the client for use within IACSITEC's managed environment during the term of the agreement.

Open-source components: IACSITEC's platform incorporates enterprise-grade open-source infrastructure components licensed under AGPL-3.0 and other open licenses. In compliance with these licenses, IACSITEC makes the source code of covered components available upon written request. IACSITEC charges for infrastructure hosting, configuration, operation, and professional services — not for the open-source software itself.

Clients may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract IACSITEC's proprietary configurations, integrations, or methodologies.

Data Protection & Privacy

IACSITEC acts as a data processor on behalf of clients, processing personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Mexico's LFPDPPP, and GDPR where applicable.

Clients are the data controllers responsible for obtaining end-user consent for messaging communications and maintaining their own privacy notices.

IACSITEC targets 99% monthly platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control — including Meta, Infobip, or cloud provider outages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IACSITEC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service interruptions; actions taken by Meta on client accounts; loss of revenue attributable to platform downtime; or damages from the client's violation of Meta's policies.

Liability cap: IACSITEC's total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during that month.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Disputes shall be addressed first through good-faith negotiation (30-day period). Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico. For international clients, IACSITEC is open to ICC arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

Modifications to These Terms

IACSITEC may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. For material changes affecting active agreements, clients will be notified via email at least 15 days before the changes take effect.
